Your Role

As a Microalgae Production Operator, you will be responsible for the complete production process, from cultivation to post-processing and technical maintenance. You will:

    • Operate and monitor production systems for the cultivation and processing of microalgae.

    • Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products in accordance with GMP standards.

    • Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues and production deviations.

    • Contribute ideas for process improvements and implement them together with the team.

    • Independently determine the materials, tools, and techniques required to complete tasks efficiently.

    • Support the construction, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our production facilities.

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment while strictly following safety procedures.

    • Accurately document production data and prepare production reports.

Profile

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is proactive, independent, and solution-oriented. You:

    • Enjoy practical, hands-on technical work.

    • Can independently plan, execute, and complete tasks.

    • Have strong troubleshooting skills and think both pragmatically and creatively.

    • Preferably hold a degree in process operations, food technology, biotechnology, or a technical field such as electromechanics or maintenance engineering. Relevant hands-on experience in a production environment is considered equally valuable.

    • Have a basic understanding of production equipment and preventive maintenance.

    • Work accurately, prioritize safety, and communicate clearly with colleagues.
