The Role

As a Production Maintenance Technician, you will be part of our production team. The production operators set the daily priorities, while you ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults.

• Perform preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.

• Implement small technical improvements and equipment modifications.

• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new production equipment.

Regular Responsibilities

• Support production activities when required, including cultivation, harvesting, and processing.

• Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and equipment.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop.

Desired Experience

Must have

• A technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and a natural curiosity for understanding how equipment works.
• A structured working style with attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  

Nice to have

These are advantages, not requirements:

• Experience with pumps, piping systems, or process installations.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs or industrial automation.

Professional Skills

• Determine and implement technical modifications to production installations.

• Provide technical support to production operations.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

• Configure, adjust, and commission industrial equipment.
